The Dewhot 12L Constant Temperature gas geyser is designed for homes that need stable and comfortable hot water across multiple outlets without losing heat. With a capability of up to 12 litres per minute, this model handles simultaneous usage (for example a shower and basin at the same time) while maintaining a steady water temperature.
Equipped with intelligent flow-sensor technology, this geyser automatically adjusts to water demand to keep temperature constant — no more hot-then-cold surprises when someone opens another tap.

Important Installation Notes

For indoor installations, a 110 mm solid flue or flex-flue must be provided.
For outdoor installations, the unit must be fitted with a large weatherbox/cover to protect from weather elements and maintain warranty validity.
The geyser adjusts to flows from around 3 L/min up to 12 L/min (depending on demand) with water pressure range approx 25-500 kPa.
